Super Dungeon Explorer: Toys for Tots Charity Auction

Here are some pics of 3 of the 4 explorers. The 4th is almost done and all should be headed to Santa's sleigh in time for the auction. These were a lot of fun to paint and will hopefully earn some money for a good cause.

Space Wolves painting

Below are some pics of a test figure for a Space Wolves commission I am working on. Trying to go for the colors as seen in the latest codex. I think I am close. What do you think?

Cygnar Painting I

Just a quick update of a Cygnar commission I am working on. Camera died in the middle of taking these, so I only got a few pics. Should have some more pics in the next week. I managed to paint close to 70 miniatures this month (skeletons, zombies, cygnar etc).

Stay tuned!

Toys for Tots Charity Auction

I recently signed on as a painter for the Toys for Tots charity auction that will be held at Fall-In this year and was asked to paint four Super Dungeon Explorer mini's. Below are some pictures of the first. I still need to do the base work, but I would say she is done.

Here is a link for more information on the auction:

More Chaos Wolves and a new Blog

Below are some pictures of the Chaos Wolves commission I have been working on. Still have about 5 miniatures to tidy up and lots of bases to do, as you will see. Skipping painting the bases right after I am done with a model is a bad habit of mine.

In the months to come I have Vampire Counts, some Ancients and a large "real" Space wolves army. The VC and Ancients are both under way but don't have to many finished shots.

Also, in an attempt to keep business and pleasure separate I decided to create another blog dedicated to my own personal projects. A Tale of One Miniature Painter will showcase some of my own projects that I am working on as well batreps, that is if I play again. I am currently working on “beefing” up my Ultramarines and Dwarfs but like many gamers I am constantly distracted so you will probably also see Tomb Kings, Hordes of Chaos, Orcs, Orks and Blood Angels.

More to come so stay tuned!

The Pack!

Khornish Wolves update and Daemon Slayer

The Chaos Space Wolves are almost done....FINALLY. Adding some misc shots of what was on my desk down in the "dungeon". Should have some more shots up of everything done this weekend...I hope.

Took the time last night to paint a Daemon Slayer for my Dwarfs army. Painted it in one night and an hour this morning before the sun came up. This will be my answer to any monsters that are thrown at me with the new Storms of Magic expansion. Enjoy!!!
